In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), TEKMAN EDUCATION S.L. informs Users of the websites https://www.tekmaneducation.com/ and related sites (hereinafter, the websites) that any information collected on the websites will be included in the processing systems for which TEKMAN EDUCATION S.L. is responsible, for the purposes of managing and maintaining the User’s relationship with the websites, as well as for information, statistical, and marketing activities related to the services and associated activities.

TEKMAN EDUCATION S.L. informs you that the legal basis for the processing described above is legitimate interest. The use of cookies is based on the consent given by the data subjects or, where applicable, by their legal representatives.

  • TEKMAN EDUCATION S.L. informs you that data will be retained for as long as the User’s consent remains in effect, except where we are legally required to retain it.
  • Under the rights granted by current data protection regulations, the User may file any complaint they deem appropriate with the competent supervisory authority, and may also exercise the rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure, portability, and objection to the processing of their personal data, as well as withdraw the consent given for such processing.

In accordance with Article 32 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, TEKMAN EDUCATION S.L. undertakes to adopt the technical and organizational measures necessary, in line with the level of risk involved in the processing activities it carries out as indicated in the terms and conditions of use, to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the data.


Likewise, TEKMAN EDUCATION S.L. informs you that if the User enters data in forms on third-party websites, those third parties will be the controllers of the personal data and will be responsible for adopting the technical measures described in the following section.

  1. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

TEKMAN EDUCATION S.L. informs Users that they may exercise their rights of access, rectification, restriction, erasure, portability, and objection to the processing of their personal data before the Data Controller, as well as withdraw the consent given. 

  • Right of access: The user’s right to obtain information about their specific personal data and the processing that has been or is being carried out, as well as the available information on the source of such data and any disclosures made or planned. 
  • Right to rectification: The data subject’s right to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected. This right can only be fulfilled with regard to information under the control of the APP, for example, removing comments posted on the page itself, or images or web content containing the user’s personal data. 
  • Right to restriction of processing: The right to have the purposes of processing originally intended by the data controller restricted. 
  • Right to erasure: The right to have the user’s personal data deleted, except as provided in the GDPR itself or in other applicable regulations that require such data to be retained for a given time and in a given manner. 
  • Right to data portability: The right to receive the personal data the user has provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller. 
  • Right to object: The user’s right to prevent the APP from processing their personal data or to have it stop doing so. 

To exercise any of the rights described above, you must meet the following requirements: 

  • Submit a written request to the address shown at the top of this policy (for the attention of TEKMAN EDUCATION S.L.) or by email to privacidad@tekmaneducation.com.
  • The written request sent by the data subject must meet the following legal requirements:
    • A statement specifying the request (the right being exercised and the information to be accessed). If no specific file is mentioned, you will be given all the information held containing your personal data. If you request information from a specific file, only the information from that file will be provided. Information relating to a third party will never be provided. If you make the request by phone, you will be asked to submit it in writing and told how to do so and where to send it. Information will never be given by phone. 
    • Address for notification purposes. 
    • Date and signature of the applicant. 
    • Supporting documents for the request. 
    • The data subject must use a method that provides proof that the request was sent and received. 

If there are reasonable doubts about the applicant’s identity, an additional document may be requested to verify it, for example, a national ID card (DNI).

Finally, we inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you become aware of or believe that any event may constitute a breach of the applicable data protection regulations.
