You can count on a team of educational consultants who provide onboarding, ongoing support throughout the school year, and continuous professional learning for teachers, free of charge, as they begin making changes in their classrooms with our materials. Just like you, they are teachers, education specialists, or school psychologists, with specialized training to understand and implement our programs in a wide range of settings and classrooms.

Every school has a dedicated educational consultant who supports and guides it from the moment it starts the program until it is firmly established. They answer questions, offer implementation tips, and identify areas for improvement so that the change is a complete success.

What happens during the first year of implementing the programs in your classroom?

At the start of the school year, we give you the backing you need to begin with confidence. Through professional learning, personalized sessions, and ongoing support, we help you implement the programs so you can make the most of the resources from day one.

Online professional learning

In myroom, our classroom management platform, you’ll have access to professional learning for the programs you’ve chosen for your school. Completing it is important so you’re prepared to teach the programs as effectively as possible.

First support session

A personalized session where you’ll get guidance on how to start incorporating the program based on your needs and context. We’ll suggest tools and methodologies, explain how to use the digital resources, and answer your initial questions. The session is online and lasts about an hour.

Group support

Once you start working with us, you can request a group support session at any time during the school year. In these sessions, we’ll share your feedback and experience with the program, identify areas for improvement, and answer questions. They can take place by call or in person, whichever works best.

In-class educational coaching

To help you feel confident teaching tekman programs, we organize in-class coaching days where you and your consultant teach the day’s lesson together, side by side.

Throughout the school year, our team of educational consultants will stay in touch with you to answer any questions, in person or online.

Throughout the school year, we host professional learning sessions on key topics in education so you can stay up to date with the latest trends and developments.

Event invitations

You’ll have access to several events we host throughout the school year where, in addition to catching up on the latest, you can meet other teachers like you who teach with tekman programs. It’s a great opportunity to share experiences and build community.

LABS online

Monthly educational meetings to share, solve problems, and move forward.
Join these online sessions with a consultant and teachers from other schools to answer questions, share and discover strategies, and discuss real classroom cases. Every month, you’ll get a reminder to sign up for the ones that interest you!
