Strengthen literacy skills and leave no one behind

Ludiletras Primary is the program for consolidating literacy in 1st and 2nd grade. It uses contextualized project-based learning (PBL) and an integrated reading plan to build a reading habit and a love of reading. By organizing activities around real-life situations and hands-on challenges, it lets students apply language skills in everyday contexts, boosting motivation, reading comprehension, and long-term retention.

METHODOLOGICAL CONTINUITY

Ensure a smooth transition from early childhood to primary school

Ludiletras supports each student’s natural pace as they learn to read and write, from early childhood through the first grades of primary school, the key period when literacy is consolidated. That’s why it’s essential to ensure a seamless transition and prepare students to keep progressing in the upper grades with Superletras.

In primary school, Ludiletras teaches language arts in real, interdisciplinary contexts through projects connected to different subject areas. It starts with Project 0, an initial diagnostic assessment that helps you get to know your class. From there, Projects 1 and 2 focus on reinforcing the key aspects of reading and writing.

Don’t worry if there seems to be a lot of text at first! Students aren’t meant to read it all on their own: much of it is read aloud by the teacher. This not only benefits students but also naturally supports the transition to independent reading.

Themes that connect your students with language

In 1st grade, Ludiletras includes 6 projects, plus the opening project Get Set. In 2nd grade, students complete 8 projects over the school year. Choose the grade to explore all the Ludiletras projects.
